The baseline
Program starting point · 4 measures · 49 items · About 10 minutes
Four short, validated questionnaires in one sitting. They are the before-photo for the writing program: you will take the identical set again at the end. Answer as you generally are now, not at your best or worst moment. The response scale changes between measures; each one is introduced before it starts.
Your starting point
Four scores, each drawn with the range that measurement error allows. No percentiles here yet: we show those only where we can name the comparison sample, and for this battery that work is still in progress.
Two honest cautions before you read anything into these numbers. First, people often start a program at an unusual moment; if this is a low point, expect some rebound by the post-test no matter what you do. That is measurement, not magic. Second, this program teaches the very constructs these questionnaires measure; learning more can change how you use the scale, so a score that drops can mean growth in disguise. Both are why the numbers travel with their ranges.
Copy your baseline
Because nothing is stored here, you are the database. Paste this block into your journal as entry №1. The last line is machine-readable; the post-test page will read it back to compute your change honestly.
Pick your writing session
One session a week, 15 to 20 minutes, on that week’s prompt. Deciding the day, time, and place now roughly doubles follow-through compared with deciding later. Fill it in and the sentence joins your copied baseline.
Every Sunday, after morning coffee, at my desk, I write about the week’s concept for 15 minutes.
Two prompts to keep
A goal-setting conversation to have now, and a reusable weekly prompt for analyzing each journal entry.
